Malaysian Community Care Foundation (MCCF): Malaysian Community Care Foundation (MCCF) was founded by En. Halim Bin Ishak and Tan Sri Musa Bin Tan Sri Haji Hassan. MCCF was officially registered on 03 March, 2015. Both En. Halim and Tan Sri Musa have been working very closely and are actively involved in Malaysian Community Crime Care Association (MCCCA), a non-governmental organization aimed at educating communities on recognizing criminal activities and collaborating with communities on early crime prevention and security.
